This is the component that enables the traffic from various places to be routed to the app inside your cluster.
- What is Auto SSL?

Instellar will issue ssl certificate for your applications automatically. It does all this by using Caddy and Uplink.
- What language and frameworks do you support?

We currently support Elixir, Ruby, Go, Python, Node based applications. You can check out the documentation for more details. We're continuously working on adding new language and framework support. If you have a burning requirement for any particular language and framework, please reach out, we may be able to prioritize to support you.
- Can I cancel any time?

Yes you have access to the billing portal, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will be active for the remainder of what you paid.
- Do you offer refunds?

We have a free plan, we recommend you try our services for free before jumping onto the paid plan. For this reason we do not offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime if you don't like our service. We'd also like to hear your feedback.
- How does priority support work?

We will setup a private group chat via some kind of tool, like WhatsApp, Slack, etc... We will reply as soon as possible. You can request this feature by reaching out via support.
- Will 1000 deployments / month be enough for me?

1000 deployments / month is alot! If you're doing something beyond that you'll need to sign up for our enterprise plan.
